Features

Built for organic certification, not just organized like it.

Every part of the platform exists because someone running a certified organic operation actually needed it. No generic farm-management modules with a compliance checkbox bolted on.

The OSP, structured

The Organic System Plan as data, not a Word document.

Each module under 7 CFR §205.201 becomes a guided form with conditional logic so you only see questions that apply to your scope. Pre-fill carries forward parcel, livestock, facility, and supplier data you've already entered. Finalizing the OSP produces a certifier-ready PDF with every supporting document attached in place.

How to write an OSP

Operation data

Your parcels, livestock, facilities, and activities — all in one place.

Most of the OSP content comes from operational data you're already tracking. Quick Organics structures it once and the OSP pulls from it forever after. Every record has its own audit trail and links to the relevant compliance citations.

Parcels

Mapped land with auto-generated buffer zones.

Draw or upload boundaries, set production type (organic, transitioning, conventional), and Quick Organics generates buffer zones from your boundary geometry — color-coded by contamination risk, editable when your layout requires it.

About parcels
Livestock

Master herd list with health-record timelines.

Track individuals or groups, their organic status, and every health-care event. Treatment substances are checked against the National List automatically; prohibited substances surface as red flags in your certifier's view.

About livestock standards
Activities

Daily logging with custom templates.

Plantings, harvests, applications, treatments, inspections — log them as they happen with templates built for your operation. Activity records flow into the relevant OSP modules at finalization.

Documents

S3-backed document store with NOP categories.

Upload supplier affidavits, soil tests, invoices, and inspection reports. Documents link directly to the OSP question, activity, or parcel they support — so the certifier never has to ask which file goes with which record.

Submission & review

The certifier review loop, not email threads.

When the OSP is ready, submit it to your certifier through the platform. They review in-app, request changes through the structured change-request flow, and issue requirement notices that track to resolution. Every transition is timestamped, every comment is attributed, and the audit trail survives certifier turnover.

About change requests

Renewal

Next year's OSP starts where this year's ended.

At renewal, the previous version pre-fills the new draft. You review what changed — new parcels, dropped suppliers, updated practices — instead of re-entering everything from scratch. The certifier sees a clean diff against the prior approved version.

Ask Quick AI

An assistant that knows your operation.

Ask Quick AI is the platform's chat assistant, with your OSP, parcels, herd, activities, and submissions in context. Ask "what's still incomplete on my OSP?" or "when did we last apply that input?" and get answers in seconds without digging through records. Conversations persist; per-user daily quotas keep costs predictable.

One platform, three audiences

Farmers, certifiers, and admins — same data, role-aware views.

Every certified operation links to its USDA-accredited certifier inside the platform. Certifier staff see a read-only mirror of the operation's records when reviewing. Platform administrators get an oversight surface for approvals, users, and audit. Each role sees what's relevant — nothing more, nothing less.

Try it on your own operation.
